1/2 TBs minced garlic
8 thin slices of prosciutto
Method
2. Mix the butter, and garlic in a small bowl. Brush it over the top of the asparagus pieces.
3. Slice the proscuitto slices in half down the length or the slice.
4. Roll a piece of proscuitto arround each asparagus spear, and place onto a baking sheet.
5. Sprinkle salt and pepper lightly over the top of each, and sprinkle with Parmigiano-Reggiano
6. Bake for about 8 to 10 minutes, until the asparagus is crisp tender. Add more parmesan on top if desired, and enjoy.
