Today is Banana Lovers Day. Like you have heard from me before, there are so many random food holidays throughout the year – there are probably one or 2 on almost every day of the year. Some are better than others of course, like national doughnut day where you could go to places like Krispy Kreme and get a free donut – and that’s obviously much better than National Caviar Day, or Potato Day.
But Banana Lovers Day? That is a holiday I can get behind. I love bananas (as long as they’re not overripe and mushy). I love banana pie, I love banana candy. I’m also married to a banana enthusiast, with a BIL that is an EXTREME banana enthusiast.
So of course I knew I had to make a round up of the best banana recipes for Banana Lovers Day. There are over 50 delicious banana recipes in this round up, some of these recipes are with actual bananas, some have banana pudding, some have banana extract. But all have that delicious banana taste that I know you all love!
