When I&#039;ve made my own meatballs I&#039;ve always pre-baked them, but I think you can cook them straight in the sauce. I think you&#039;d need about 4-5 hours on high, or 7-8 hours on low. (You can always check their internal temperature - they need to hit 165 F)]]></description>
