Cake batter in a cookie, so yummy in my tummy. Super soft with pudding in the batter.

It can be so hard for me to stick to our monthly grocery budget. Especially when there are new recipes that I really want to try and share with you. That’s why it’s especially important for us to sometimes eat extra cheap meals to balance it all out. For less than 7 dollars we were able to buy the necessary ingredients to make this full meal (plus a few basic ingredients we already had at home to make our dessert of cake batter pudding cookies- butter, sugar, etc)
So basically I went to Walmart and got 3 Kraft brand #1DollarDeals including Kraft Original Flavor Macaroni & Cheese Dinner to make our main dish, Capri Sun Spouts for our drink and Jello Instant Vanilla Pudding and Pie Filling to make our dessert, plus some hot dogs and some yellow cake mix. For only another dollar or two you could easily add a side of vegetables, fruit or salad to round out your meal even more.
Kraft Mac and Cheese was one of the few things that I craved throughout my pregnancy – I don’t think I ever had any of the strong cravings – like, I need this food right now and made Nate run to the store or somewhere to get it for me. But I did want Kraft Mac and Cheese and ate a lot of the original mac and cheese and Easy Mac too. I love adding sliced hot dog pieces to my mac and cheese too for a little more flavor and substance – plus I eat my mac and cheese with ketchup anyway 😉
And Capri Suns new Spouts are now larger and resealable too! Capri Suns just remind me of my childhood – plus they are delicious.
There are so many things you can make with Jello Instant Vanilla Pudding – These chocolate chip pudding cookies might just be my favorite chocolate chip cookies ever. Adding vanilla pudding to the mix makes the cookies moist and adds a little extra delicious vanilla flavor. These cake batter pudding cookies are a perfect soft cookie (almost sugar cookie like) with a simple cake batter and vanilla flavor. Here you go:

- Dump in all your dry ingredients (the rest of your ingredients) and mix everything together.
- Scoop cookie dough in tablespoon sized balls onto a cookie sheet (lined with parchment, a silicone liner or sprayed with non stick)
- Bake cookies in preheated oven for about 10 minutes.
