I&#039;d just be careful how you measure your flour. I don&#039;t always do it this way, but flour is supposed to be measured by scooping it by the spoonful into the measuring cup, then scrape anything over the top off. This will get you a considerable amount less of flour than if you just scoop the measuring cup into your flour bag. You can always keep doing it your regular way and just use 1.5 cups of flour instead of 1 3/4 cup and see if that makes the cookies less dry.]]></description>
