What did your batter look like? It should be similar to a cookie batter. The video is an older version of the recipe where I used sour cream instead of cream cheese, I updated the recipe to make it better since then, but maybe I’ll have to test it again. Here’s the original:
1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
1 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 oz cream cheese
2.5 cups flour (scooped and leveled)
3/4 tsp baking powder
