					<description><![CDATA[It doesn&#039;t get much easier than this. I prepped everything except the chicken ahead. I mean, the chicken is already prepped, just frozen. Then when it came time for dinner, all I had to do with bake the chicken, put the salads together, and top it with sliced chicken. I had some frozen Panko Chicken Fillets, so I used that in this salad. I love the Panko coated chicken because it makes it more crunchy in my opinion. The hubs and kids were quite happy with this main dish salad. Especially since the picky peeps in my household can leave the &quot;icky&quot; things off of theirs, making this very customizable.
