That’s so strange! I wonder if different brands of white chocolate chips melt easier than others as I’ve never had this problem. Next time if you need to you should be able to keep your pot on the stove top over low heat while you stir them in so that the heat can help them melt. Hope it still tastes delicious for you!]]></description>
