Yes, you can make a larger batch. In the recipe itself there is a 1x or 2x or 3x to click on and it will increase the ingredients needed to double or triple the batch. If you freeze the leftovers recognize some of the frosting may fall off. If you want them to look cute to serve after freezing, you might want to wait to decorate the cookies.]]></description>
