Today I am so excited to have a guest post shared by the lovely Emily from Love, Pasta and a Tool Belt. Emily offered to guest post and I was so happy to have her visit! And it worked out to be perfect timing because my schedule has been a little crazy!
Here’s Emily for you:
Hey everyone! My name is Emily and I blog over at Love, Pasta and a Tool Belt. I am newly married to my husband Tyler and we have a dog, Dolly, she is a Greyhound/pointer mix. Our blog includes our adventures as a newly married couple as we try out new recipes, DIY projects and work to decorate and update our house.
Today I am sharing with you one of our favorite recipes, Spaghetti Amore. It is an easy recipe and so delicious! My mom has been making it for years and in my experience as a nanny I have found it to be very kid-friendly. This meal can also be frozen and reheated so it makes a great meal to prepare ahead of time.
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can tomato soup
1 can water
1 minced garlic clove (or garlic powder)
1/2 lb. spaghetti, cooked
1.Brown beef and onion.
2. Add soup, water, and garlic-heat.
3. Blend in 1/2 cup of cheese and cooked, drained spaghetti.
4. Pour into 3 quart casserole dish and top with remaining 1/2 cup of cheese.
5. Bake at 350, uncovered for about 30 minutes or until bubbly.
Can be frozen and reheated.
