I used unsalted butter in the recipe since it didn’t specify, and salt is listed in the ingredients. But I used salted butter on the top crust. I also used bread flour since it’s my go to for making bread.

I’ve been making bread for quite a few years and I’m happy with my recipe, but this bread turned out really good!

I’ll be trying out more of your recipes 😋
