Hello! I just made these for my family of 6, but with a twist! I doubled the recipe and used sunbutter because we have a kid with a nut allergy. I wanted to make this a little easier and less messy to prep and eat, so after doing a little research, I ended up putting the doubled batch in an 8x12 baking dish lined with parchnment paper and baked them at 300 degrees for 25-30 minutes (until golden brown at edges). After they cooled for a bit, I cut them in rectangles (think granola bar) and placed them in the fridge to cool completely. They were a little crumbly, but my kiddos loved them with a nice glass of milk!
