This parmesan roasted broccoli is only 6 ingredients, and only takes a couple minutes to throw together. When the broccoli is roasted at a higher temperature it bakes up so nicely, and gets this delicious crispiness on the outside, while the middle stays nice and tender. Its coated in shredded parmesan, minced garlic and salt and pepper, giving it such a delicious flavor.
Found in the Freezer Section, Great Value Classic Mac and Cheese is not only delicious, but so easy to make. The mac and cheese can be made on the stove top, microwave, oven, etc. I cooked mine in the bag boiling in a stock pot, like you’d cook with a sous vide, and at the same time I had my broccoli roasting in the oven below. When the broccoli is done roasting and the macaroni and cheese is heated up, pour your macaroni and cheese in a 9×9 square inch pan, top it with the provided bread crumbs and place it in the oven to toast those crumbs up.
The macaroni and cheese is so cheesy and good, and the bread crumbs give it the perfect crunch. It’s as good as you’d get from your favorite restaurant, but at a much lower cost! It’s only $5.50 for a package, which serves four!

Parmesan Roasted Broccoli
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 1.5 TBS olive oil
- 1 TBS minced garlic
- 1/4 cup shredded parmesan
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
- In a large bowl, mix together your broccoli and olive oil.
- Add in the garlic, parmesan and salt and pepper and stir well to mix.
- Spread the broccoli in an even layer on a baking sheet. Sprinkle any extra topping over the top of the broccoli.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then stir to flip broccoli.
- Bake for another 10-15 minutes until the edges just start to turn golden brown and the broccoli crisps.
