The edge is about 1 inch high. You&#039;re welcome to try, but a 9x13 pan is about 35 sq inches less than a jelly roll pan, so doubling it would likely result in it spilling over the edges. If you have an even bigger pan, or try multiplying by 1.5 (the frosting won&#039;t need to be doubled).]]></description>
