The recipe was first posted in February 2021, and updated this month with new photos, any time we make a tiny change to a blog post such as adding a period we forgot or updating a mispelled word it adjusts the updated date, so the recipe itself has been updated with these for over 6 months as I was testing the recipe out again, but the reason for the updated ingredients were 1) I wanted thicker cookies, and 2) I like the flavor of vanilla in my cookies.]]></description>
