tHIS BLaCKENED TILAPIA IS COATED IN A SIMPLE HOMEMADE CAJUN SPICE RUB, AND SAUTEED TO GIVE IT THE PERFECT CRISPY CRUST, AND FLAKEY INTERIOR.
1) Add all the herbs and seasonings to a small bowl and mix them together.
2) Rub the spice mix evenly over the tilapia.
3) Fry the tilapia fillets in a pan in olive oil for 3 minutes on each side, until the crust is crispy and the inside is cooked through.
