Chicken pot pie is a classic comfort food, a savory pot pie full of saucy and flavorful veggies, and chicken, and all topped with a flaky pie crust.

WHAT YOU NEED:

Butter Potato Carrots Onion Celery Flour Rosemary Thyme Salt and Pepper Chicken Broth Heavy Cream Chicken

Roll out the pie crust and place it in the bottom of a pie pan.

Saute your vegetables in butter until they are slightly tender.

Stir in the flour and seasonings. And pour in the chicken broth and cream.

Then cook until sauce is thickened.

Add in the chicken and any other frozen vegetables and spoon the mixture into the pie crust.

Roll out the top pie crust and place it over the pie. Pinch the edges closed to seal.

Bake the pie until the crust is golden and the inside is bubbly.
