These caramel apples are delicious tangy apples coated in gooey caramel, creamy white chocolate and cinnamon sugar!

- 16oz soft caramels - 3 TBS heavy cream - 8 medium apples - 12oz white chocolate chips - 1/4 cup granulated sugar - 1 tsp cinnamon
Make sure to scrub and completely dry the apples to help the caramel stick.
Tips for making caramel apples:
After dipping the apple into the caramel some of the caramel will drip to thje bottom, scrape it off and use your fingers to smooth out the caramel at the bottom.
Use a good, crisp apple variety like Granny Smith, Fuji, or Honey Crisp
To make the apples like a slice of apple pie, add cinnamon sugar to the top half and graham cracker or pie crust crumbs to the bottom half.
