Only twelve ingredients
By Aimee Berrett
This creamy pasta salad is loaded with peas, crispy bacon, and noodles, all covered in a smooth and creamy dressing. It's perfect for dinner, a potluck, or bbq
1) This is a great make-ahead recipe. Add everything together, except for the bacon and some of the dressing, and cover it with plastic wrap and store it in the fridge. Add the remaining sauce, and bacon and toss and enjoy.
2) Use any medium sized pasta: shells, rotini or farfalle are my favorite.
3) Add in any extra veggies or mix-ins you love. Chopped up bell pepper, carrots, corn, grilled chicken, etc.
Cook the pasta, thaw the peas, and cook the bacon. Add the dressing ingredients all to a bowl, and stir them together. Add the pasta, peas, bacon, parmesan, and dressing to a bowl and toss them together. Cover and refridgerate for 2 hours, then serve.
