*You can use any neutral flavored oil in this recipe. Canola oil, vegetable oil, sunflower oil, corn oil, etc. Don't substitute butter in this recipe. *Make sure to use pumpkin puree and not pumpkin pie filling. *If you don't have a 9x5 pan you can instead use two 8x4 pans.
