Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup strawberry or vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/4 frozen banana (about 2-3 inches)

Instructions

  • Place your ingredients into your blender in the order listed. 
  • Blend on high until everything is smooth. 
  • Scrape down the sides if needed. 
  • Pour the smoothie into 2 glasses and serve.
