White Chocolate Christmas Popcorn

This White Chocolate Christmas Popcorn is the perfect easy treat to make during the holiday season. It's a great treat to package up as a homemade gift, or enjoy for a cozy night in.

Ingredients

  • 2 bags lightly salted microwave popcorn (popped)
  • 1 1/2 cups pretzel rounds
  • 1 pound white almond bark
  • 1 cup holiday M&Ms
  • 1/4 cup holiday sprinkles

Instructions

  • Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set it aside.
  • Add the popcorn and pretzels to a large bowl and stir them together.
  • Add the almond bark to a microwave safe bowl and microwave in 30 second increments, stirring after each, until melted and smooth.
  • Pour the almond bark over the popcorn and gently stir it together to coat it completely.
  • Pour the popcorn onto the prepared pan.
  • Sprinkle the M&Ms and sprinkles evenly over the top of the popcorn.
  • :et it set for 30 minutes, or 1 hour until completely set.
  • Break the popcorn apart and serve.
