Mediterranean Chicken Wraps

This Mediterranean Chicken Wrap is such a yummy way to switch up your regular lunch or dinner routine. It's got bold flavors and wholesome ingredients and is sure to hit the spot!

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing
  • 6 wraps or tortillas
  • 3/4 cup Hummus
  • 3 cups mixed green lettuce (chopped)
  • 3/4 cup sundried tomatoes (packed in oil, pull out with a fork to drain some of the oil)
  • 8 TBS crumbled feta cheese

Instructions

  • Add the chicken and Italian dressing to a ziplock bag, or container with a lid to marinate. Recommended is for 30 minutes, no more than 2 hours.
  • Preheat a grill or grill plate to medium high heat, about 400 degrees.
  • Grill the chicken, flipping over after about 5 minutes, until cooked through and an internal temperature of 165 F is reached.
  • Take a wrap or tortilla, and spread hummus down the middle.
  • Top with shredded lettuce, sundried tomatoes, feta cheese, and chicken.
  • Fold the top and bottom of the wrap in toward the filling, then roll it up tightly on one side like a burrito.
  • Cut the wraps diagonally down the middle, and enjoy.
