Equipment

Ingredients

  • 18.3 oz box brownie mix (dry)**
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 8 oz cool whip
  • 2 TBS cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 Farehenheit and pour the brownie mix onto a baking pan. Bake the brownie mix in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes to kill any risk of bacteria. Set aside and let the brownie mix cool for a few minutes.
  • Add the cream cheese to a large bowl (or the bowl of a stand mixer) and mix it with a hand mixer or stand mixer until smooth.
  • Add in the brownie mix, and cocoa powder and mix them into the cream cheese.
  • Add in the cool whip and stir it into the mixture. Then add in the milk 1 TBS at a time until the dip has reached your desired thickness.
  • Mix in chocolate chips if desired, and transfer the dip to a serving bowl. Sprinkle some more chocolate chips on top for decoration.
  • Serve with whatever you want to dip in it - cookies, pretzels, fruit and more.
  • Store covered in the fridge for up to 4 days. Add more milk to the mixture if it thickens too much in the fridge.
