Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing

This raspberry vinaigrette dressing is made with fresh raspberries and is the perfect dressing for a light, summer salad!

  • 1/2 cup rasbperries
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 3 TBS Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1/3 cup Olive Oil
  • salt (to taste)
  • pepper (to taste)


  • Push your raspberries through a fine mesh strainer, and into a bowl. You want the puree and the juice, and we will discard the seeds.
  • Mix together your raspberry puree, sugar, red wine vinegar, olive oil, and about 1/8 tsp each of salt and pepper in a medium sized bowl.
  • Pour everything into your blender and blend until all ingredients are fully incorporated. Add more salt and pepper as needed.
