Cake Batter Pudding Cookies

Cake batter in a cookie, so yummy in my tummy. Super soft with pudding in the batter.


  • 1 cup butter (2 sticks, softened)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3.4 oz Jello Instant vanilla pudding
  • 3/4 cup yellow cake mix
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup sprinkles


  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  • Cream together your butter and your sugars until combined.
  • Add in your eggs and vanilla and stir well.
  • Dump in all your dry ingredients (the rest of your ingredients) and mix everything together.
  • Scoop cookie dough in tablespoon sized balls onto a cookie sheet (lined with parchment, a silicone liner or sprayed with non stick)
  • Bake cookies in preheated oven for about 10 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and allow to cool on cookie sheet for about 2 minutes, before removing to a cooling rack to cool the rest of the way.
