Bacon Cheddar Burgers

The best bacon cheddar burgers you are going to every grill and eat.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 TBS bacon bits
  • 1 TBS Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 TBS garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp seasoning salt
  • 1/2 tsp white sugar
  • 1/3 cup cheddar cheese (grated)
  • 2 TBS parmesan cheese
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • optional toppings: lettuce tomatoes, ketchup, mustard, etc.

Instructions

  • Preheat your grill to a high temperature.
  • Combine all ingredients except the extra cheddar cheese, toppings and burger buns, in a medium sized bowl. Mix together with your hands.
  • Form ground beef into about 4 patties. (We like big burgers and sometimes do 3)
  • Place your burgers on the grill and allow them to cook for a few minutes on one side, then flip them over and cook a few minutes on the other side.
  • Cook until your burgers reach desired doneness (I like well done or medium well personally).
  • At the last 1 minute to 30 seconds of cooking add your additional sliced cheese to the top.
  • Remove burgers from grill and assemble.
