Mango Smoothie

This delicious mango smoothie is so creamy and sweet, made with frozen mango pieces, juice, and yogurt. It’s a refreshing way to start the day or to cool down with as an afternoon snack.

  • 1 cup mango nectar
  • 1/2 cup vanilla greek yogurt (or plain greek yogurt - though it will be less sweet)
  • 2 cups frozen mango
  • 1 banana (optional)


  • Add your mango nectar, yogurt, and frozen mango to a blender. (Add your banana on top if you want that too).
  • Blend everything up until it's nice and smooth. And serve.
