Microwave Mug Brownie
This microwave mug brownie is the perfect solution when that late night chocolate craving hits. It's a perfect quick and easy dessert that only takes a couple minutes to make!
- 4 TBS granulated white sugar
- 4 TBS all purpose flour
- 2 TBS cocoa powder
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 3 TBS milk
- 2 TBS vegetable oil
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 TBS chocolate chips
In a microwave safe mug, stir together your sugar, flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
Add in the milk, vegetable oil and vanilla extract. Stir till you have a thick paste.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Microwave for 60 seconds to 120 seconds, (depending on the power of your microwave) checking after 60 seconds, then microwaving in 30 second increments, until just cooked through in the middle.
Enjoy warm topped with ice cream, or whipped cream
