Ingredients

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips (divided)
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk (divided)
  • red gel food coloring
  • green gel food coloring

Instructions

  • Line a 9x9 inch pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Spray with nonstick spray.
  • Add one cup of white chocolate chips to 3 separate bowls.
  • Add 6 TBS sweetened condensed milk to each of the bowls.
  • Add 1/2 teaspoon red gel food coloring to one of the bowls. And 1/2 green red gel food coloring to another. Leave the third bowl white.
  • Microwave one bowl for 30 seconds. Stir for 30 seconds to try and get the mixture totally smooth. Microwave for another 15 seconds if needed to get it totally smooth.
  • Repeat with additional bowls.
  • Drop heaping tablespoons of each fudge mixture in the bottom of the prepared pan to create a random pattern, until all the fudge is used.
  • Swirl the fudge with a butter knife to create a marbled design. I usually go top to bottom, then left to right. Repeat as needed.
  • Refridgerate the fudge until set, about 2 to 3 hours.
  • Carefully remove the fudge from the pan and cut it into pieces.
  • Store extra fudge in the refrigerator in a ziptop bag or airtight container with a lid.
