Fruit Salsa

This fruit salsa is such a great healthy dessert, perfect for enjoying all spring and summer long. It's delicious on it's own, with cinnamon chips, or even over ice cream.

  • Large Mixing Bowl

Ingredients

  • 12 oz diced strawberries (hulled, and diced, about 1.5 cups)
  • 1 green apple (diced, about 1 cup)
  • 6 oz blueberries (about 1 cup)
  • 6 oz raspberries
  • 4 kiwi (peeled, and diced)
  • 1 mango (peeled, cored, and diced)
  • 1 lime (juiced)
  • 2 TBS honey

Instructions

  • Add all your diced fruit to a large bowl and toss it together.
  • Pour lime juice and honey over the top and toss it together to coat the fruit in the mixture.
  • Serve immediately with cinnamon chips, on your cereal, smoothie bowl, ice cream, or by the spoonful. Or cover and store in the fridge until ready to eat.
