Parmesan Roasted Broccoli

Parmesan roasted broccoli is the perfect quick and easy side dish to Great Value Mac & Cheese, with only 5 minutes prep time!

  • Large Mixing Bowl

Ingredients

  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 1.5 TBS olive oil
  • 1 TBS minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup shredded parmesan
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
  • In a large bowl, mix together your broccoli and olive oil. 
  • Add in the garlic, parmesan and salt and pepper and stir well to mix. 
  • Spread the broccoli in an even layer on a baking sheet. Sprinkle any extra topping over the top of the broccoli.
  • Bake for 10 minutes, then stir to flip broccoli.
  • Bake for another 10-15 minutes until the edges just start to turn golden brown and the broccoli crisps.
