Parmesan Roasted Broccoli
Parmesan roasted broccoli is the perfect quick and easy side dish to Great Value Mac & Cheese, with only 5 minutes prep time!
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 1.5 TBS olive oil
- 1 TBS minced garlic
- 1/4 cup shredded parmesan
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
In a large bowl, mix together your broccoli and olive oil.
Add in the garlic, parmesan and salt and pepper and stir well to mix.
Spread the broccoli in an even layer on a baking sheet. Sprinkle any extra topping over the top of the broccoli.
Bake for 10 minutes, then stir to flip broccoli.
Bake for another 10-15 minutes until the edges just start to turn golden brown and the broccoli crisps.
