Grilled Chicken Lettuce Wraps are an effortless, healthy, and delicious meal using Tyson Grilled & Ready Chicken along with Birds Eye Protein Blend Vegetables for the busy or lazy days of summer.

Ingredients

  • 3 Tyson Grilled & Ready Chicken Fillets
  • 1 pkg Birds Eye Protein Blend California Style Vegetables
  • 4 romaine lettuce leaves
  • 1/2 cup peanut sauce

Instructions

  • Wash and dry the romaine lettuce leaves
  • Microwave the chicken fillets according to package directions
  • Slice each fillet into 3 pieces
  • Microwave the vegetables according to package directions
  • Layer romaine lettuce leaf with 2 to 3 slices of the chicken fillet
  • Spoon 2 to 3 TBS of the vegetables over the chicken slices
  • Drizzle peanut sauce over the top
  • Repeat for all the lettuce leaves
  • Wrap lettuce leaf around the chicken and vegetables and eat
