Tropical Green Smoothie

This tropical green smoothie is packed full of mango, pineapple, banana, vanilla yogurt, orange juice and of course spinach for a beautiful healthy green smoothie that is also delicious! Great for a light breakfast, lunch or snack!
Servings: 3


  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup low fat vanilla yogurt (greek yogurt is great too)
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 frozen banana


  • Place all ingredients in the blender in the order listed above.
  • Blend on high until smooth!
