Avocado Hummus
Avocado hummus is an extra creamy green hummus that tastes like a mix of guacamole and hummus!

- 15 oz chick peas
- 2 medium ripe avocados (cored and peeled)
- 1/2 TBS minced garlic
- 1 TBS olive oil
- 1/4 cup tahini
- juice from 1 lime
- 1/4 cup reserved chickpea liquid (or water)
- 1 tsp salt (to taste)
- 1/2 tsp cumin (to taste)
Pulse your chickpeas in your blender until mostly smooth.
Add all the rest of your ingredients into your blender.
Blend on medium speed until smooth and creamy.
Store hummus in fridge for up to 4 or 5 days till serving.
Serve with crackers or vegetables.
