These cake batter blondies are super simple to make, with a cake mix for the base, mixed with an egg, some oil and some milk – and of course lots of sprinkles and milk chocolate and white chocolate chips. These are the perfect cookie bars, filled with lots of goodness, and that delicious cake batter flavor.
These blondies would be the perfect birthday treat, or a great treat for a celebration like a graduation, new baby or really any occasion. I’ve got 3 family birthdays this month, plus a neighbor’s, and these cookie bars would be loved by any of them along with a hand written card.
In fact I wrapped some of these treats up, and I’m going to take them over to our neighbors tomorrow.
There’s almost nothing better than hand delivered goodies, but when you add a thoughtful card to it —
I stocked up on these adorable cards from Hallmark at Walmart because they start at only 47 cents. I grabbed a bunch for 47 cents, and some for 97 cents.
There are card for birthdays, thank yous, I love yous, baby showers, graduations and more – and they are all adorable!
So how about you head to Walmart and stock up too and make some of these cake batter blondies too.
