How to make a S’mores Charcuterie Board?
- Get a cutting board, a big plate, a cookie sheet, you name it – as long as it’s big and relatively flat.
- Make sure you have a variety of ingredient ideas for your s’mores board. With at least a couple cookie, or other outside options for the s’mores. Of course marshmallows. And a few delicious chocolate, and other s’mores filling ideas.
- If you’re going to be using any of the dips, add those to bowls and add them randomly placed on your board.
- Then add some of the bigger cookies, and randomly arrange everything on the board.
- Fill in any gaps with smaller pieces of chocolate, or marshmallows.
- Arrange and re-arrange as you go. But don’t over think it too much. Part of the charm of a charcuterie board is how they’re all unique and the messy deliciousness of the treats overlapping one another.
This s’mores board is perfect for serving up in the backyard after a bbq. Just light up the fire pit and set out the board and some roasting sticks, and let everyone have at it.
You can also serve a s’mores board without a fire! Some indoor options are using an oven or air fryer to toast your marshmallows. Or you can serve the board with a big bowl of marshmallow fluff and everyone can scoop that up into their s’more instead of a toasted marshmallow.
