Okay you guys, I seriously think I was one of the last people on the planet to jump on the Biscoff Spread bandwagon. I of course had eaten my share of Biscoff Cookies on our cross country flights to visit Nate’s family in Virginia. But while we were visiting my family this last Christmas my mom asked if we had tried it and was kind enough to buy us a jar. Man you guys, what was I missing?
Obviously my favorite way to eat Biscoff Spread is by the spoonful, but it tastes delicious when you dip apples or graham crackers in it too. But I think they would taste great plain and simple too.
