Easy Side Salad
This side salad is so easy to throw together add just a few healthy and natural (all vegetables) ingredients.
- 1 head of romaine lettuce
- 1 large carrot (peeled and sliced)
- 2 celery stalks (sliced)
- 1 red pepper (diced)
- 1 broccoli floret (chopped)
Prepare all your ingredients. Rinse, dry, peel, slice, dice, etc.
Mix all your ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Serve salad with a variety of dressings.
