Easy Side Salad

This side salad is so easy to throw together add just a few healthy and natural (all vegetables) ingredients.

Equipment

  • Large Mixing Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 head of romaine lettuce
  • 1 large carrot (peeled and sliced)
  • 2 celery stalks (sliced)
  • 1 red pepper (diced)
  • 1 broccoli floret (chopped)

Instructions

  • Prepare all your ingredients. Rinse, dry, peel, slice, dice, etc.
  • Mix all your ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  • Serve salad with a variety of dressings.
