Orange Berry Smoothie

Fresh orange juice and triple berries make this orange berry smoothie so refreshing, so delicious, so healthy for your morning or anytime.


  • 1/4 cup fresh or frozen berries*
  • 1/2 banana (frozen)
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 3 oz strawberry Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 to 5 ice cubes


  • Add your berries, banana, and juice into your blender or magic bullet
  • If using the magic bullet (which I do) press down to pulverize your frozen fruit
  • Add the yogurt and vanilla
  • Press down again to blend
  • Add your milk and ice cubes
  • Press down again to pulverize your ice cubes (this could take a minute or two)
  • Pour into 2 8 oz glasses and enjoy
  • When using the magic bullet, sometimes I need to dislodge my fruit or the ice cubes by shaking the cup container
  • Please follow your blender/equipment instructions when it comes to mixing your smoothie


*Kirtland frozen Triple Berries works well
**fresh squeezed is great but you can use any orange juice
