Monster Cookies for Two
Our small batch monster cookies are chewy peanut butter and oatmeal cookies packed full of chocolate chips and M&Ms. This recipe makes just a few cookies and is the perfect way to satisfy your sweet tooth.

- 1/4 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 1/4 Cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 TBS granulated sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup m&ms
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, or a silicone liner.
Cream together the butter, peanut butter, sugar and brown sugar until well mixed.
Add in the egg yolk and vanilla and mix well.
Add in the dry ingredients, your baking soda, salt and flour and stir everything to combine.
Mix in ther chocolate chips and m&ms until fully incorporated.
Scoop the cookie dough by the 3-4 TBS. Place them onto the prepared cookie sheet a couple of inches apart. Flatten them down slightly, to be about half as tall.
Bake for about 9-11 minutes, or until cookies are set and the edges are lightly golden.
Allow cookie to rest for about 10 minutes on baking pan before moving to a cooling rack.
