Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing
This raspberry vinaigrette dressing is made with fresh raspberries and is the perfect dressing for a light, summer salad!

- 1/2 cup rasbperries
- 1 tsp sugar
- 3 TBS Red Wine Vinegar
- 1/3 cup Olive Oil
- salt (to taste)
- pepper (to taste)
Push your raspberries through a fine mesh strainer, and into a bowl. You want the puree and the juice, and we will discard the seeds.
Mix together your raspberry puree, sugar, red wine vinegar, olive oil, and about 1/8 tsp each of salt and pepper in a medium sized bowl.
Pour everything into your blender and blend until all ingredients are fully incorporated. Add more salt and pepper as needed.
