Tropical Dole Fruit Parfaits

Enjoy this delicious fruit and greek yogurt pairing for a tasty snack or breakfast!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup granola (optional)
  • 2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups Dole Fruit in Jars Tropical Fruit (drained)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  • Put your coconut on a baking sheet and spread it out.
  • Bake for about 6 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes until coconut is golden. Set aside.
  • Layer about 1/4 cup Greek yogurt in the bottom of 4 cups of pint sized jars.
  • Spread fruit evenly between each jar.
  • Place another layer of Greek yogurt over the top of the fruit.
  • Sprinkle each parfait with granola and then toasted coconut.
