BBQ Ranch Pasta Salad
This bbq ranch pasta salad is the perfect side dish all spring and summer long, it's full of pasta, grilled chicken, bell pepper, corn, black beans, and more, all coated in a delicious creamy barbecue ranch dressing sauce.

- 16 oz mini farfalle pasta
- 16 oz bacon (cooked, and chopped)
- 2 cups cooked, chopped chicken
- 12 oz cheddar cheese (cubed)
- cubed)1 cup diced bell pepper
- 1 cup diced red onion
- 1 cup canned corn (drained and rinsed)
- 1 cup canned black beans (drained and rinsed)
For the BBQ Ranch Dressing:
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 oz packet ranch seasoning
For the Topping:
- 1/4 cup cilantro (chopped)
- 2 cups corn chips
Bring a large pot of water to boil, and cook the noodles according to the package directions for al dente pasta. Drain the water out, and rinse the pasta with cold water. Set aside.
Add the cooked pasta, bacon, chicken, cheese cubes, bell pepper, red onion, corn, and black beans to a large bowl. Stir them together.
Add the barbecue sauce, mayonnaise, and ranch powder to a small bowl. Whisk them together till smooth.
Pour the bbq ranch dressing over the pasta salad and stir it all together to coat the salad evenly.
Sprinkle cilantro, and fritos corn chips over the top, if desired.
