Equipment

Ingredients

  • 16 oz package peanut butter cookie dough
  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup peanut butter chips (divided)
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (divided)
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 3/4 cup mini M&Ms

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a 9x13 pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  • In a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, mix the cookie dough and the oats together until the oats are evenly distributed into the dough.
  • Gently press the cookie dough into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  • Bake for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven.
  • Sprinkle 1/2 of the peanut butter chips, and 1/2 of the chocolate chips evenly over the top of the cookie bars.
  • Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the top of the bars.
  • Sprinkle with the remaining peanut butter chips, chocolate chips, and m&ms.
  • Bake the bars for an additional 25 to 30 minutes, or until the sweetened condensed milk has set. (It will probably start to turn golden and caramelize around the edges, but should still be white in the center).
  • Remove the bars from the oven and let them cool completely. Slice and serve.
