Greek Chicken Tacos
These Greek Tacos are a delicious easy dinner, the same flavors of a Greek gyro without the work. They're flavorful Greek chicken tacos, loaded with delicious toppings like tomatoes, feta, cucumbers, and more.

For Taco Filling:
- 1 lb ground chicken (can substitute ground turkey, or ground lamb)
- 1/2 TBS minced garlic
- 1/2 TBS ground oregano
- 1 tsp ground paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt (to taste)
For Serving Greek Tacos:
- 8 flour tortillas (or pitas)
- 3/4 cup tzatziki sauce
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup peeled and diced cucumbers
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 lemon (squeeze juice on tacos)
Add chicken to a large skillet, and cook over medium high, breaking it into chunks, and cooking until the chicken is nearly cooked through.
Add in the garlic and cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
Add in the oregano, paprika, and salt, and continue to cook for another minute or two.
Spread chicken into the middle of a tortilla, with your choice of toppings.
