  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (you can use smooth or crunchy)
  • 1/4 cup grape jelly (or your favorite jelly or jam)
  • 8 pieces of celery (3 inches each)
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup fruit yogurt (I used strawberry)
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 2 medium apples (sliced)
  • 2-3 clusters green grapes
  • 2-3 mandarin oranges (peeled, and separated into segments)
  • 6-8 baby cucumbers
  • 1 cup baby carrots
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup mini rice cakes
  • 1/2 cup granola bites
  • 6 mozzarella cheese sticks
  • 4 oz salami
  • 1/2 cup animal crackers
  • 1/2 cup alphabet crackers
  • 1/4 cup goldfish crackers
  • 1/4 cup yogurt covered raisins
  • 1/4 cup fruit snacks

Instructions

  • Cut the bread slices into your desired shape for the sandwiches. Spread one slice of bread with the jelly, and another with peanut butter.
  • Place one piece of bread with jelly with one piece of bread with peanut butter together, making a sandwich.
  • Make ants on a log by filling the inside of the celery sticks with peanut butter. Top each with 3-5 raisins.
  • Assemble the boards by placing the dips in two small bowls on the board.
  • Fill around the fruit dip with larger fruits like apples, grapes, and strawberries.
  • Fill around the ranch dip with larger vegetables like cucumbers, carrots, and tomatoes.
  • Fill in the remaining large spaces on the boards with the other large items, such as ants on a log, mandarin orange pieces, rice cakes, cheese sticks, salami, and granola bites.
  • Fill in any small spaces with smaller items, such as animal crackers, alphabet crackers, goldfish crackers, yogurt raisins, and fruit snacks.
  • Serve snack board with small paper plates, and paper bowls.
