Skinny Pumpkin Hot Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 3 TBS pumpkin puree (not canned pumpkin pie)
  • 2 TBS cocoa powder
  • 4 tsp sugar **
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup fat free milk

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a large mug as best as you can.
  • Microwave for about 90 seconds, until hot.
  • Stir everything together to get rid of lumps and enjoy!

Notes

**Sugar can be substituted with 4 packets of splenda naturals.
