Baked Apples with Cinnamon Crisp

- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup white flour
- 2 TBS SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3 TBS melted coconut oil
- 3 apples cut in half and cored
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Combine the oats, flour, SPLENDA® Granulated, cinnamon and coconut oil in a small bowl until a nice crumbly mixture is formed.
Place the apples in a baking dish.
Spread about 2 TBS of the crumb mixture over the top of each apple half.
Bake for about 30-40 minutes, or until the crumb is golden and the apples are soft.
Serve with whipped coconut cream if desired.
