Ingredients
For the Sauce:
1/2cupteriyaki sauce
3Tbspbrown sugar
2garlic cloves(minced)
1tsprice vinegar
1/4tspground ginger
For the Beef and Vegetables:
2garlic cloves(minced)
1/4cuponions(diced)
1poundground beef
8ozsnow peas
4ozmushrooms(washed and sliced thinly)
For Serving:
6cupscooked rice
Instructions
For the Sauce:
Add the sauce ingredients to a small bowl, teriyaki sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, rice vinegar, and ginger. Set it aside.
For the Beef and Vegetables:
Add the minced garlic and diced onion to a large sauce pan and heat over medium high heat for a couple minutes.
Add in the ground beef, and cook until the meat is cooked through. Breaking into chunks as you cook it.
Add in the mushrooms and snow peas and saute for a couple of minutes until tender.
Pour the sauce all over the beef mixture and cook until warm throughout, and it coats the mixture evenly.
For Serving:
Serve the meat and vegetables over the prepared rice.
